When the crazy racist uncle in your family begins calling everyone names, imagines himself to be stronger and smarter than anyone else, even than God, you have to get worried. You keep him away from the kids and whisper when the kids aren't too near, "What should we do about Uncle Donald?"
When he begins pilfering from Walmart and Lowes, driving recklessly every day, rear ends the car ahead at the stop sign, and curses every other driver on the road you hope he'll get gently stopped by the law man, have his car keys taken away and has a judge chide him in court.
But when he starts threatening his neighbors, gets the tough guys from his fraternal club to set fire to another one of his alleged enemies' property and helps the KKK wreak havoc on a neighborhood where people of color call home, you get a diagnosis of his being a case hostile anti-social dementia. Then it becomes necessary to intervene, right?
What do people do in America do about their crazy, racist, and dangerously anti-social demented Uncle Don?
They elect him President.

And with billions in ill-gotten wealth, and with the largest arsenal on earth at their disposal and a cowed Repugnant Congress enabling his every foolhardy desire, the damage he already wreaked might not yet compare to his dictatorial rivals, but over 50,000,000 Americans have suffered to some extent by his dictates, and the security of billions around the world is every day at risk due to Trump's capricious whims.
